The search for eyelashes

I've been procrastinating getting this Blog together for too long!
I love experimenting with all kinds of Bath & Beauty items, and also love to write.
So, finally, here it is...
ok, first order of business...
My Eyelashes!
I'm at at loss when it comes to lashes. Mine are pale, thin & sparse. Raw shea butter seemed to make them appear longer, and mascara is a hit or miss proposition. I have a Massive stash o de lash it it never ceases to amaze me how one will work one day, then next time reached for because I knew it worked, Failure! I heard about that magic eyelash serum that a Doctor developed for his wife, and knew at close to $200 a pop, that's be a long time off for me to try. I heard about this RapidLash for $49 bucks, and I thought, why the heck not?!?
So I ordered it (from drugstore.com) and it just came yesterday.
With a background as a Nurse, I'm not jumping lash first into this...I have read some slightly disturbing things...mainly eye irritation, and less often, changing of eye color! Huh! Hmmmm. So, last night, I applied a very thin line of it to my upper and lower lids, and a bit to some sparser areas of the brows. A very slight tingle, really not much of anything was felt. This morning when I woke up there was a small bit of crustiness easily cleaned up.
